Part of my knee replacement was to big. After 18 months of agony & being told it was fine he asked another Dr to look at my film. The new Dr saw what was wrong. Dr Moon left the room. I’ve not seen him since. Had knee revision which I my insurance paid for. Won settlement it is suppose to show on his record.

Horrible his staff is pathetic! Office manager doesn’t know what the hell is going on half the time, employees are mediocre and don’t know how to complete paperwork correctly and when you let them know they give you attitude and ignore phone calls. The doctor threatens to stop treating you until he gets the surgery approved from the insurance carrier. A bunch of circus animals could run that office much better than these employees. Now I know why YELP has such bad reviews on this doctor, office
