Dr Loredo is a very through doctor and very nice, and I have recommended some of my family members to him. The staff is very unfriendly no one greets you with a smile or say anything to uplift your spirits when you're not feeling your best.

I liked Dr. Loredo from the moment I met him. He listens to you and explains why or why not a specific treatment option should or should not be used. Pleasant personality. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Have already referred friends and family and will continue to do in the future. Easy access location, plenty of parking. I also like the fact that they do their own blood draws so now there is no extra trip to the lab for a blood test. You'll be happy you chose Dr. Loredo.

To start. This bad grade is not for Dr. Laredo himself but it is for his staff. His receptionist(s) is (are) so very rude and unprofessional. My wife's prescription was due to be filled Friday, March 17 and when it was not at the pharmacy Friday, my wife called the Doctor's office Monday, Tuesday and today (Wednesday) to simply get a status on her prescription, as it is a daily medication that she is REQUIRED to take daily. The receptionists were snippy, impatient and plain rude to my wife.

Dr. Lerado takes the time to listen to you. He is compassionate about what you are going through. He does not prescribe antibiotics for every sniffle or cough. So if you are looking for that kind of doctor, look elsewhere. However, you should know that he holds back on antibiotics unless you truly need them for your own health benefit. If that is the kind of doctor you are looking for, I highly recommend him.
