My office staff and I always attempt to see patients that are scheduled for an office appointment in a timely and efficient manner. Sometimes there are circumstances and conditions requiring additional time during the day that may cause delays. There can be emergencies, serious conditions and other situations requiring more time.

Our 4 year old daughter was failing hearing tests at school and had chronic ear infections. We called Dr. Lano and his office staff were friendly and quick to get an appointment scheduled. On the day of our appointment, we were seen quickly and the nurses and staff were so sweet, gentle and patient with our daughter. Dr. Lano took time to explain her condition and the next steps forward. I highly recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr. Lano, has operated on two of my daughters, age 2 and 10. He was very patient with them and has treated us like family. He was also through and kind, he has a great bed side manor. His credentials speak for themselves, and he has a great reputation with other physicians and medical personnel in the area. He allowed our 10 year old to ask questions and he answered them on her level.

The last two appointments I've had I have not seen Dr. Lano. I was seen by the physician assistant Heidi. In my previous appt. they scheduled me for an ultrasound. Heidi told me that after they received the results of the ultrasound they would call me to see Dr. Lano for a follow up if I needed or schedule an appt. to see Dr. Lano. Turns out my ultrasound results did change and no one contacted me. I had to call Dr. Lano's office to ask. He recommended surgery. What if I hadn't called. Not good
