Two visits; No diagnosis
I visited him twice. The visits averaged 4 minutes apiece. I got neither a diagnosis nor a prognosis, so I still don’t know what my problem is. His advice: go to a pain doctor. No one should be treated like that. 1 star is generous.

Just had hip surgery and Dr Creasman himself was okay but his support staff is definitely lacking. especially Sandra. She doesn’t ask questions and has made several mistakes on my after care. Enough to make me seek out a new surgeon to make sure everything was done correctly

I had both knees replaced. He used Johnson and Johnson very old models. He was so nice before I had problems. After I had problems he was angry and dismissive. His solution? Had his assistant call me to see if I wanted Synvisc injections! Where do they put Synvisc injections in artificial knees? The hospital was filthy. I threw up in my bed and they never changed my gown or the sheets. Awful. I have had both revised and am in pain all the time. Thanks a lot Dr. Creasman.

Dr. Creasman is a stellar surgeon & with great ethics. I first went to him 14 years ago (& again yesterday for a different problem). He is no longer affiliated with Abrazo. Some reviews talking about quality of staff and answering of phones were not of Dr. Creasman's doing and that has been rectified. I met most of his staff & they are excellent. I would highly recommend Dr Chas. Creasman for any Orthopedic need. Barry Nulph, Pres. Integra Systems Corp.

I am a retired registered nurse. He is one of the nicest and best doctors I have ever met. He did a successful total hip repair on my 92 year old mom. He has wonderful bedside manners and is an excellent surgeon. As I was waiting for my mom I sat next to a man who had been an Xray tech and he told me that Dr creaseman had done all of the ortho surgeries that any of his family had needed over the years and that everyone in his family agreed that doctor Creaseman is the best.

Understand that he is a good surgeon, but his office is a disaster. Waited an hour for appt, then was told that he was 'too busy trying to catch up' to answer my questions about my surgery. I am moving ahead with the surgery, but have to say I would not recommend him because of the scheduling and communication issues. By the way, doctor, your front desk staff is fed up with the issues also.

Since abrazo medical group took over the office has gone from bad to worse. Doctor and assistant are okay. However the support staff are incompetent. They do not answer the phone and act as if doing their job is a crime. They have ZERO concern for patient issues. The Dr. Creasman has very little time to stay with patient. He is in and out in under 1 minute most of the time. Wait times are horrendous over the last 4 years above 45 minutes every time. The office is old and filthy, floor black mold

DO NOT SEE THIS SURGEON!! I saw this Dr for my hip pain and was thoroughly disappointed. He was in and out of the room in about a minute, ordered the wrong test for my condition which cost me an extra $400, and documented that my shoulders were injured when it was my hips. I have talked to many other orthopedic specialists who all say the same thing about him. He uses outdated techniques and does not know what he is doing. DO NOT LET HIM PERFORM YOUR SURGERY!! I wish I knew this before I saw him

The office staff was amazing. The PA, bar none. However when it came time to see the surgeon I was appalled. Not only was he awful to me as a patient he was abusive to his staff to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. Abrazo has really taken on a liability with this guy. I went elsewhere and had my knee replaced and I am so happy I did.

I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. I'm a little late on my survey here for the dr but this dr is amazing. I snapped my arm in half. Dr. Creasman was amazing and my arm is full use And very little scaring. You would never know I broke my arm. I would recommend this dr to anyone with a broken bone.
