Very odd that they don't take a credit card? I had to either hand deliver a check, cash or mail it in which would include a 1% interest charge already built in due to the slow processing via snail mail? I probably won't be seeing this office anymore...

I have been a patient of his since 1985 when He & Dr. EJ Hull diagnosed me with a 100% blocked anterior coronary artery; they resolved it. They were pioneers in angioplasty.
