Dr. Charity Karpac is the most compassionate physician I have ever had. She never gave up on finding me the right specialists to diagnosis and/or treat my many new and old serious medical issues. I am so grateful to be her patient. She has gone above and beyond as my PCP and finding me help when needed over the last four years. Her staff is also the BEST.

Called to schedule a new patient appointment. After speaking with the main call center and giving new patient information, I was transferred to someone who then transferred me to Dr. Karpac's "scheduling team." The person who answered asked for my insurance info and immediately responded "Dr. Karpac is not taking new patients until January" (it is currently March). Total time on hold during this unfruitful process: more than 9 minutes.

I moved here from Arizona in the middle of health problems. Dr Karpac went over more than 150 pages of records with me and has been working closely with specialists to get to a diagnosis (not there yet). She listens, gives a thorough exam, and the specialists have all been Impressed with her workup before sending the referral. I had labor drawn at 7 am on my way to work and was called by 1pm with results. Her staff is great and I couldn’t be more pleased with how compayand dedicated Dr Karpac is
