Chad Laurich, Vasc. Surgeon, Sioux Falls, SD; Sanford Health. Pt: Jeffrey T. Holst. Oct/Nov 2015 CT Scan/Radiologist Report, ordered by Laurich re: abdominal aortic aneurysm, revealed likely renal cancer metastasized to lungs. NEVER REPORTED TO PT. Stents placed in Jeff's heart; highly invasive "triple A repair" performed in late Jan'16. Jeff discovered he had cancer in early July 2016. Jeff died September 15, 2016. Dr. B. Philosophe, Johns Hopkins Surg. Dir., condemns the medical care.
