Dr. Chad Cole is a fabulous neurosurgeon! I was within a few months of being permanently disabled because of my back problems, and he was willing to work on my spinal stenosis and sciatic problems. Three years later, I can walk 2+ miles and feel great! No more sciatica, no more backache, and my health and happiness are where they were 35 years ago!!! I cannot thank him enough for all he did to improve my outlook on life and health!

Dr. Cole performed my back surgery 3 years ago and I am enjoying the benefits of his God given skills. He is very patient, clear spoken and compassionate Doctor. I am blessed to have had him as my surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Chad Cole for what you have done for me. Has Dr. Chad Cole moved from St. George ? What is his new location? Thank you

The reason I chose "fair" on scheduling urgent appointments, is because Dr. Cole performs surgery in SLC too, which, limits his time here in St. Gorge. I was impressed with his confidence that he could get rid of my neck pain. His office staff worked as a team. At any given time you could reach one of his clinical team members. Dr. Cole rounded on his pt's twice a day while in the hospital. He and his team went above and beyond what was expected of them.
