This man cares about helping the insurance companies not the people who are hurt. Don't expect him to be fair

Best doctor I have ever met. He has been so caring of me and my health. I see him for ALL my orthopedic issues
We always love to receive great feedback. Thank you for the kind words and yes, Dr. Roca is one of a kind. We are so lucky to have him.
Mobile, AL |
Dr. Roca performed 2 shoulder surgeries on me - with one being a complicated emergency case. He treated me with compassion and great care during each follow-up. His medical assistants were also quite thorough and polite. The office staff was as courteous as could be and helped with scheduling when I could come, as I was coming in from out of town. The only thing I didn't like about the office was having to repeat information into the sign-in-Ipads each time.
Thanks for the feedback. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers at Cesar M. Roca, Jr., MD. We too think Dr. Roca is pretty amazing. And the sign-in pads can be a little challenging sometimes, but we are always looking for ways to improve patient service and care. Hang in there...we're working on it.

Dr. Roca, and his staff are great! Everyone is very nice and pleasant. There is a long wait time sometimes, but that's because they do not rush patients in and out. They take time and listen to you. If one treatment doesn't work he will try another until its better! Dr. Roca, doesn't just jump right in to surgery or the most expensive procedure. He is a very kind doctor!

My appt for Dr Roca was made by my primary CP. she requested appt FRI. My appt was Monday morning! I was so thankful! My first visit to AOC. My appt was to determine what was causing my severe pain since my OCT 7th injury. Dr Roca was thorough, very kind, he seemed genuine to discern the source of my pain ASAP. X-rays, ultrasounds were ordered and done yesterday. After viewing those, he has ordered MRI. Dr Roca, nurses, all, so kind and helpful. So rare these days in large offices.

Horrible wait times in both waiting rooms! Always an hour and a half behind schedule!

Dr. Roca is looking out for the insurance company. He will not give you a fair rating and you will regret seeking his care
