Diagnosed with severe MV regurgitation. In my community, only MV replacement available. Two cardiologists recommended out of town consult Dr. Cedric Sheffield for MV repair. As a practicing DDS for 30 years I do my due diligence. Dr. Sheffield ordered a TEE and spent over 2 hrs on two separate visits with me. Had the surgery on 6-27-2016. The entire team was knowledgeable, caring, efficient and responsive. At 5 days post op I am already turning the corner. Look no further.
