Friendly, thorough, and efficient.
I'm new to the area and have completely new insurance (Kaiser to Blue Cross) and needed to find a new primary care physician. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me an appointment the next day. The new patient forms are available to fill out online, which saved time at check in. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Kacey, the P.A. who saw me took the time to listen to my concerns and converse with me about my health issues to work on a course of treatment. She was very professional while still being warm and approachable. Also the nurse who took my blood (I don't recall her name unfortunately) for lab tests was awesome. My veins are very difficult to draw from and she was very thorough, skilled, empathetic, and concerned with my comfort. I'm used to having to be poked several times, and sometimes having to fish around with the needle, she kept it to a minimum and I appreciated her care.

Staff is excellent. Anytime anyone in the family had an appointment with anyone other than Dr Kelley, we were seen in a timely manner and treated with dignity and respect. Over the course of one year we had four appointments with Dr Kelley herself. Each time she was late to the appointment. Twice, she was more than an hour late. The first time she was an hour late, we left and rescheduled. The second time she was an hour late (this one was a tele doc for an 81 year old man) we ended our relationship with this Dr. Any Dr who thinks their time is more valuable than their patients, really should seek a new profession.

The front office staff always greets you with a smile and an explanation of estimated costs is provided at that time, Surprises at the end of the visit. You are seen on time or with minimal delays , it is apparent that the patients time is as important as the physicians time at this practice. I felt not only listened to by the physician but I felt heard which resulted in a course of treatment that works. Scheduling follow ups on the way out are super easy and the staff that handle that are just as friendly and knowledgeable letting you know if any required testing may or may not be covered by insurance and estimated costs so your not blindsided on your next visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest, friendly family physician

“I swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability and judgment, this pledge: I will respect the autonomy, dignity, and privacy of my patients. I will practice my profession with conscience and in accordance with best medical practice. ... I will always put patients and their families ahead of personal economic gain.” - the TX Physician Hippocratic Oath. I had an appointment today and arrived 4 minutes after Kelly Family Practice’s “window” and was refused to be seen. I had even called the office on my way to let the staff know I was running late. I raced to get there for my annual exam & mammogram referral and was told on repeat, literally, by the three or four office staff sitting there that “it’s office policy” and I needed to reschedule. Mind you the office was empty. Read other reviews where she’s dismissed patients and their entire families for missing an appt. AVOID.

I drive about 40min out of my way to come to this practice. I’ve seen 2 of the providers for a variety of reason and both have been great. I feel like they listen and provide great care. Their support staff have also been wonderful. They treat me with kindness and respect. I’ll continue making the trip because I feel like the staff here work with me to help take care of me.

The front desk and physicians assistants are the friendliest staff I have ever seen! Dr. Kelly is so kind and interested and I am so happy to have her as an advocate. I love the people that are a part of this practice. I normally wouldn't write a review on a medical practice because I am usually not too impressed with the experience. This is noticeably different and I am thankful to have had an experience that was good enough to write about!

Everyone I encountered during my visit was very courteous and helpful. They provide a very friendly atmosphere. I had blood drawn and two shots but it was done with such expertise that I felt no pain whatsoever. They are a knowledgeable and caring group. The Kelly Family Clinic was recommended to me by another doctor and I would certainly recommend them to others as well.

I had my first appointment with Genevieve Fleming PA yesterday. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and respect. The office staff as well as the rest of the medical staff were professional and could not have been any nicer. Ms. Genevieve was great and very thorough with her examination and questions. She took her time and made sure to advise me of the proper at home care. Thankful I was able to get an appointment with her.
