I was in bad car accident, with the worst of my injures being a severed middle finger. I was luck enough to have Dr. Cay Mierisch working in the emergency room that night because without his expertise I don't believe I would have a middle finger today. He also preformed my shoulder surgery after another well known shoulder doctor in the valley botched my first surgery. Like I tell as many people as I can, I would travel back across the world if I ever needed a major surgery to see Dr. Mierisch.
Callaway, VA |
Getting an appointment with Dr. Mierisch is nearly impossible. After an MRI, they tell me the soonest I can get a follow-up appointment is 8 weeks. The first two appointments were equally as bad.

Dr. Cay Mierisch is tops in his field. From the carpel tunnel surgery and trigger thumb tendion release to the complete restructuring of my husband's arthritic thumb and index finger I wouldn't go to anyone else! Their new facilities are wonderful as well! Please update the location on the website!
in Ronceverte, WV |
Dr. Mierisch has replaced both of my shoulders in the last 3 years. I would not go to anyone else for this type of surgery. I have recommended him to all who have asked where I received my surgery and there have been some who did have him perform surgery on them and are doing very well, as am I.
