Best doctor I've ever had. She is both knowledgeable and personable.
in Fayetteville, AR |
I can't believe the other reviewers and I are rating the same doctor. Maybe if you have a condition that fully responds to the regular guidelines, she's good, but I was not 100% better. Seeking relief, I found some additional treatment options in the peer-reviewed medical literature and asked her about them, but she was very unpleasantly dismissive without explaining why. I found another endocrinologist--someone older and more experienced--who tweaked my treatment a bit and really helped me.

She is very caring and very knowledgeable about her field. She has been able to help me with my disease and I caring enough to have called me at home about all my test results. I love having her care so much when she is so busy. She also has a great since of humor.

Dr. Kilpatrick is by far the best Endocrinologist I have ever had. She really cares about her patients and will spend the time with them that is needed to address all of their concerns. I highly recommend her and her office for the great work they do on a daily basis.

She spent very little time with me and was condescending. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for anyone or anything. I was that disappointed.
in Fayetteville, AR |
This doctor was very unprofessional, and judgmental. As a result of my asking a question, she jumped to conclusions, lectured me, and abruptly dismissed me. I left in tears, and refused to see another doctor for 6 months, by which time I was next to dead. Turns out, I have Addison's Disease. My body was not producing Cortisone or DHEA. I could have DIED. The receptionist was not a pleasant person, AND they tried to charge for nonexistent labs! An awful experience all around.

Very knowledgeable of the issue you have. Answers questions without seeming put out. Explained procedure very well in layman's terms. Puts your fears at ease. Seems compassionate. Highly recommend.
