Visits were scheduled in advance as requested, but all visits were changed. Often either having to wait another month or seeing a nurse practitioner instead. Most of the time, she is running behind often 1 to 2 hours. During the visit, she is often typing on the computer while her question is being answered. She also tends to check her cell phone.

Dr. Choi is an EXCELLENT Dr. I have Spinal Stenosis. She has done Epidurals for My pain which has helped Tremendously. My problem is that every single time I go to see Her I have to wait at least 2 HOURS!!! That is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! It is just not once in awhile but ALWAYS!!! Someone at the front desk told Me that She books TWO Appointments for each Time Slot. WHY??? Sounds Money Hungry to Me. Too Bad because She really is a Good Doctor in My Opinion and has helped Me ALOT!!!

I posted a negative review here last week. This was after I had waited a considerable length of time to see Dr. Choi. After many cancelled appointments and then two hours of waiting I left before seeing the doctor. The Dr. personally called to apologize on the day of the appointment. Later in the week I was offered the first appointment only two days in the future. I believe the Dr. took considerable care in making things right. I saw her this morning and found that she is quite good.

Agreed to see me on short notice, set time, which was good. I arrived early as requested, waited well over hour from scheduled time, more than 2 hrs from arrival. She had not read file or tests, didn't know who referred me, hadn't read their referral. She insisted treatment and rehab must be at her choice although extremely inconvenient for me.. Not made clear what diagnosis and treatment plan based on....short visit....got stuck in rush hour.... Not sure, will wait and see...

Dr. Choi is wonderful. She really feels to me like one of the few doctors out there that genuinely cares about you and your treatment plan. I am 44 and was having lots of pain in my lower back-after trying out PT and downtime, we moved to injections, and I went skiing the following week with NO PAIN. I have been back to see her about a long term plan for my back and she couldn't have more competently laid out a plan of attack for keeping me upright!

She is very compassionate. She always checks in to make sure any changes in the plan have helped in any way. Also, she looks to other doctors to help collaborate. There is no better Doctor than her out here. Truly an amazing doctor who puts her patients first.

Dr choi is good on a basis of education and medical degrees. Her concern for a patient a personal level and their struggles with pain needs improvement lAnybody can prescribe medications on a doctors level and give medical advice. As far as the ability to listen to one's personal struggle with pain and listen sincerely is different. I feel she need to improve on being more compassionate to a patient
