I tried for over three months to get an appointment with Dr. Simms. My PCP called to refer, they couldn't get ahold of Dr. Simms' staff. I called multiple times and left voicemails each time. Her staff called me back once to tell me that I was on a wait list and then never called me back to schedule an appointment. I was initially referred on December 20, 2017. It's March 28, 2018 and this office has yet to contact me back about an appointment.

Dr. Simms is good but her practice has much to be desired. She would often tell me that if I had any issues or if the medication did not work just to call and she would get back to me before our next appointment, however anytime I did this her receptionist would return my phone call and tell me that Dr. Simms said she would talk with me about it at the next appointment. That left little reason for me to trust her word or the receptionist.
