Reply
Dr. Halpern is very easy to talk with. He is very personable a spends plenty of time answering your questions and concerns. I found him to be to be very honest and makes you feel at ease with whether you choose to have surgery or not. I have trusted Dr.Halpern to operate on both my Brain and Lower lumbar of my back. I have received great results from both surgeries. He is not only a wonderful Surgeon but a great human being. He chose his field knowing he could remove others pain & suffering.
