I was very impressed with Dr. Vogel's kind and patient bedside manner. She listened to my complex medical history and advised me successfully how to decrease my disabilitating migraines and also my miserable neuropathy. Dr.Vogel is a gifted diagnostician. I highly recommend.

Dr. Vogel is amazing and thorough. But the office staff is HORRIBLE! You have to do a lot of the work yourself. They don’t fax orders for testing when they say they will or say they did when they didn’t. They don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls in a timely manner. The front desk person is dismissive and rude (visiting with coworkers while your waiting for assistance, not following Dr. Vogel’s orders when rescheduling, sarcastic comments, etc.)

Dr. Vogel is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time to ensure she's answered all my questions. Working with her office on the other hand is a nightmare. Staff does not respond to messages or return phone calls. There is zero follow up. If you want to get something accomplished you have to drive to the office. A+ for the doctor F- for the staff.

My husband has been under Dr. Vogel's care for well over a decade and he loves her. She referred him to the Mayo Clinic where his rare disease was diagnosed. Nevertheless, the practice itself is HORRIBLE!!! His treatment is dependent upon receiving an infusion once every two weeks and he could become a paraplegic if he didn't receive it. This office is extremely unresponsive when we are attempting to renew his medication and he routinely misses at least 1 treatment if not 2. THE WORST!!!

My experience was nothing but excellent. I found her respectful of my opinions and thoughts on my condition, encouraging and extremely positive. Her assistant was simply wonderful and prepared me for the possibiliy of delays due to unexpected needs of other patients. I have already recommended her to another in need of a neurologist.
