Dr. Dickens was amazing. She was able to assist us after we had a bad experience with IUIs and IVF at another clinic. She was warm, always available, and responded quickly to my many questions. She had a good bedside manner and was able to provide insight and guidance regarding our unexplained infertility and the process of IUIs and IVF generally. I highly recommend her and the Sher practice.

As I write this note, my two week old baby is peacefully sleeping next to me. After a spontaneous twin pregnancy that ended in a devastating late miscarriage, and after trying for nearly one year to get pregnant again, we were faced with the reality that we needed some help. I asked friends and acquaintances for recommendations, and even met with someone else at NYU and made appointments at 2 other clinics. However, the moment I met Dr Dicken I knew she was the one I wanted to help me in our in

I saw Dr. Dicken for IVF at Sher Institute, and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was thoughtful, kind, and attentive -- she was available via email for any questions I had during fertility treatments. I felt like I received truly individualized and holistic care, from which supplements Dr. Dicken recommended to which fertility procedures we went ahead with. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dicken. Incredible bedside manner, uses an individualized approach to protocol, patient, excellent listening and genuinely cares. At Sher, you are not a nu,her and no cookie cutter approach. Because of her I'm about to become a mother to twins after much failure at another well known mega hospital where I was just another number. Even if I didn't achieve a successful outcome I would be recommending her all the same. She is a gem!
