She was unable or unwilling to provide directions or information about handicap parking options, like valet parking. I’ll go to Sinai instead.

Terrible staff attitude. The doctors in this practice are great, but the staff and their policies leave a lot to be desired. Some of the staff were rude, and there was no resolution to the issues I encountered. The quality of the doctor doesn't matter if you can't deal with the staff.

Dr. Freiburg saw me on short notice at the urging of my primary care before I was to have major surgery. I felt very comfortable and confident in his expertise. He treated me with care, respect, intelligence and kindness. I felt very lucky to have such a great vascular specialist.
