After searching and searching for a PCP (I haven't had one in far longer than I care to admit), I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Bonaroti based off of the reviews that others have left; I can't begin to express how happy I am to have found her. I had made an appointment after having several concerns that needed addressed and I was shocked at the amount of time that was spent with me addressing each and every one of them. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

This is the second time I have called when not feeling well and cannot be seen by Dr. Bonaroti. Next available appointment is 9/17/18. Let me tell my neck to continue to hurt for 47 days. AHN would not schedule me with another doctor because each doctor wants to see "their" patient. Meanwhile, I've only been to Dr. Bonaroti once for a check-up. Find a doctor that can see you when you are truly sick. I can't predict my illnesses!!!!

I think Dr. Bonaroti is what a doctor should be. On my first visit, Dr. Bonaroti sat with me and discussed my health and any issues I was having. She got to know me and my situation first, then she began her examination.

I recently saw Dr. Bonaroti as a new patient. She was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The office staff is kind and courteous as well. Very happy I found a physician who listens and does not rush with your appointment. I will be referring the rest of my family to her office.

Im not very happy with the very poor little medical treatment ive received from this doctor and this office. Ive been waiting well over a month and longer for a EGD and a colonoscopy thats was due in Dec 2016. Now its beleived I may have colon cancer with signs of bleeding, Etc. This office has done nothing to help me with this problem and I hold them responsible for my current medical state. This office will never allow me to talk to this doctor carrie and she never returns phone calls

I liked Dr. Bonaroti, but on two separate occasions I called to schedule an appointment. The first time I never even got to speak to a person. Their automated system put me on hold for over three minutes. I went to my local Take Care Clinic instead. The next time I called I was scheduling to see her regarding a sinus infection. They told me her first available was not for another 5 days. Anyone who has had a sinus infection knows you don't wait that long. I am going to Med Express instead.

After being frustrated by a previous physician, I found Dr. Bonaroti. The first time I met with Dr. Bonaroti, she sat with me and went over each of my concerns. She took the time to listen and explain things. She was also extremely friendly. This did not stop at the first visit. She was an absolute breath of fresh air.

I would not recommend this Doctor...the staff is uncaring and rude...they are there to collect a paycheck...patient care is not a priority...they gave me a flu shot....I got sick as a dog...they would not give me any penicillin to combat illness...they told me illness wasn't related to flu shot....they treated me like I was stupid and told me to tough it out....went to another Doctor....DON'T GO HERE...YOU'LL BE SORRY

I needed a new doctor because of the changes taking place with Highmark vs. UPMC. I loved my UPMC doctor! When I called the office the staff was very inviting and when I explained what I was looking for in a physician, Dr. Bonaroti seemed like she would fit my lifestyle and health needs, When I walked in to the office, the staff was very nice. Dr. Bonaroti was fabulous! She took her time with me. She was caring and compassionate. She superseded my expectation.
