Very poor office administration. You can expect a minimum waiting time of 30+ minutes to be put in a treatment room and an additional 20+ minutes to see Dr. Pass. Purposely scheduled multiple appointments at the same time to maximize revenue; cares not about the patients' time. Desk clerk is arrogant and unfriendly, and provides NO information at time of check-in for expected waiting time to allow patients the open of rescheduling or leaving. Will NOT go back.

I saw Dr. Pass as a new patient on Monday, when I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. After paperwork, I was seated almost immediately and she came right in. Dr. Pass was friendly, thorough & very personable. She made me feel as though I was the only patient in her office. After discussing my need for being there, she asked if I had any concerns or questions and showed interest in helping me. I strongly recommend her, she's phenomenal to work with & knows her stuff!

Dr. Pass is a horrible doctor. Her bedside manner is awful! I've been to her office twice- first time I waited close to two hours, second time I ended up leaving. She hates to answer questions, is very short and belittling, and gets offended when you don't purchase her beauty products. I went in for acne, but she spent the whole appointment talking about lightening bags under my eyes with a cream she sells. She also doesn't do refills because she wants to keep collecting copays. She's a crook!

I came to the appointment on time. And waited over 2 hrs. The doctor sees me less then 5 minutes and when voice my concerns, she seems disinterested and didn't want to explain anything to me. Worst doctor appointment ever and waste of my time and money. Will not go back.

Waited for over an hour while staff continually told me it would only be a couple of minutes. When I finally saw Dr. Pass she was unapologetic, rushed me through the appointment and seemed annoyed when I asked questions.
I had a good visit with Dr Pass. She has a busy office and just be prepared to wait more than an hour beyond your appointment time to be called into an examination room.

Dr. Pass was VERY overbooked. I waited for over an 90 minutes the two times I went to see her. The third time, I asked others and they had already been there 3+ hours. My time in her office was super short and I didn't feel like she wanted to listen to my concerns. I will NEVER go back or tell ANYONE to see her.
