Not responsive to patient needs. It appears that the staff are supporting an aging physician who is no longer quite in touch, although she has a good personality and I'm sure she means well. It should not take 1-2 weeks and multiple phone calls to refill a standard prescription.

This office recognizes you as a individual with family issues and problems before you ever enter the building. They are genuine and sincere to me. They are second family members to me.
