I have been going to Dr. Carolyn Kubiak, MD for many years. I should have written this review for her a long time ago. She is a great person and doctor. I am proud to have her as my primary physician. She and her staff really care about their patients. Also I have never been to a doctor that is so punctual. I really feel that is because she has respect for our time as well as being a busy, successful doctor. She has more than once literally saved my life and recommended the proper specialists.

Dr Kubiak needs to take a class on being human. After just reading your chart from last year, leaves the room and WILL NOT return ever, even if you have a question. I was speaking to the nurse after she left and Kubiak kept knocking for her to get the paperwork through. I am so disappointed. She is someone I will not want if and when I really get sick and need help. Going to someone else.

I was most impressed with de kubiak until i had a issue with a mamography. her front desk called me and was so cold and ridiculous i cried. I requested the Dr call me an it never happened.
in Boynton Beach, FL |
I would recommend Dr. Kubiak to all my friends, and I have. I drive from Boynton Beach to South Boca just to keep her as my Dr. She takes the time to get to know her patients as a people, not just a medical patient. She listens to your questions, addresses your issues and makes a decision on the best treatment for each individual. It is nice to have the Dr. actually ask for your input on how you want to approach an issue instead of just writing a prescription. Wonderfully caring Doctor.

Terrible experience. She treats patient as a number, giving little attention and time. My last visit I asked to see the Doctor again and she did not have an extra minute to talk to me. Her assistants are awful as well. I changed Doctor
in Delray Beach, FL |
I was highly recommended to her office and did not realize she was not an MD but a DO. I find her to be very efficient and thorough for a Primary Care physician. Her office staff is difficult to deal with and at times curt and rude. They have poor communications skills which causes problems. I believe you can get the same quality of care from any other qualified Primary Care Physician as it seems she has taken on far too many patients and has very little time to share.
