HORRIBLE & UNEXCUSABLE! I was a first time patient & sat in waiting room for an hour & 15 minutes before saying something to the receptionist. Another couple were complaining about a 45 minute wait. After complaining I was taken back by the PA & my vitals were taken. There I waited another 15 with no word from the doctor & decided to leave after getting my $50 copay refunded. Unprofessional 1.5 hours wait time. No excuse! Call patients & tell them you're running late. Our time is valuable too.
What a nice practice! Everyone from the MA and receptionist to the audiologist and Dr Agresti were wonderful! The most pleasant medical experience I've had-maybe ever! It's a lovely calm office, overlooking the beautiful intercostal. I was treated with respect and caring by everyone I came in contact with. Dr Agresti has a wonderful bedside manner. Her parting words were you're under our wings now. I felt so cared for!
