Coventry, RI |
She doesn't make eye contact, but stares at her computer during consultations (I've had 2 with her). Also, in both meetings with her she checked her phone mid-conversation, without an excuse me or I'm sorry about that, which I found just plain rude. I asked about going back on anxiety/depression meds during treatment and she had to look up the meds on the internet to find out their safety during pregnancy, and then recommended one that most docs say to stay away from.
Thank you for your review. We value feedback like yours as we are constantly aiming to improve the experience of our patients. We aim to treat everyone visiting our office with the utmost care and respect. While patient privacy laws prevent me from discussing your situation on a public forum, I would like to invite you to contact me via email at RAlvero@wihri.org or by phone at (401) 441-5336 to discuss this further. Sincerely, Dr. Ruben Alvero, Women & Infants' Fertility Center Director
