After being hit by a car while riding motorcycle, Dr. Lin fixed my severely broken leg and shattered ankle. Through multiple surgeries, weeks in Cedars, and then months of follow up appointments, she always communicated clearly what to expect, listened carefully to my concerns, and kept an extremely positive attitude while assuring me that I was in the right hands to not only survive the injury but also to one day walk again relatively normally. She is just the best surgeon and cheerleader -

After shattering my left ankle and destroying some ligaments connecting my foot to my ankle a couple of years ago, I met Dr. Lin while lying in bed at Cedars Sinai, for the first time. I was undeserving of her warmth and kind empathy, because I was confused, unsure of the outcome. I was 60 and did nothing to cause my bones to dislocate and dissolve....little did I know, Dr. Lin's dedication to her 'ART' of putting people's bones back together was a mere 'challenge' which she loved, as she said

Dr. Lin is an outstanding example of how a physician should put a patient at ease when facing surgery and throughout the healing process. Her surgical skills are excellent. Her relationship with family members of the patient is kind and informative. I hope that I won't need any more surgeries any time soon, but should I, Dr. Lin will always be my surgeon. I trust her judgment.
