Staff does not process ins correctly, I have been waiting for a refund for over 5 months. The wait time is almost 2 hours, never see the doctor. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.

Staff is not very helpful or friendly. There was only person I had dealings with who was courteous. A young man who did the triage.

If I could not give any stars, I would. Her staff is incompetent and clueless. They have software that no one in the office knows how to use. The staff struggles with properly understanding insurance policies and billing. To top it off the wait is ridiculous.

we have a relative currently in sierra east and the nursing staff states she only does her rounds around midnight or 2 in the morning. however, her availiablity for patients is horrible. Someone needs to reexamine their ethics, values, and oath they took when taking care of the sick. This goes for the doctors and nursing staff.

I only ever saw Dr. Abalihi once, every other time was a Physicians Assistant. I was seen 5 times and every time the wait exceeded 1 hour. I once needed a refill for a prescription and it took them almost an entire day just to respond.

I would not recommend doctor abalihi cause you NEVER see her only practitioners in her office and when I asked staff so is there a specific day or time when you can schedule my appointments to make sure I see the doctor they replied no she's in and out so we don't know when... The staff is extremely unprofessional and clueless. I ask questions and they NEVER know or have to ask someone else. I was given medication and a breathing treatment and asked what is it and they didnt know. Do not go her

Dr. Abalihi is never around and you will be treated by incompetent technicians. I am not exaggerating, the personnel cannot collect a blood sample properly. The administration personnel is even worst. You will receive bills from other labs charging you for analysis you payed upfront because the personnel doesn't have patient files up to date. We went for an immigration exam and it took them 10 days to have the results ready instead of the 2 day period. We went to the office located on Oregon St

she seems to be totally unavailable to the hospital ( providence east ) or her patients. my wife was admitted thru the emergency room by dr abalihi late in the afternoon the er did the necessary tests. another hospital doctor read the test results and OKed my wifes release. dr abalihi scared us awake with bright lights AND profuse loud talking at 2:00 AM to validate his findings but could not be reached for release until after 5PM was finally released after 6. 12 hrs of our life WASTED BY HER!

Horrible staff especially the extremely unprofessional office manager Susie. The NP Mrs. Moreno is very rude, she doesn't listen to you, she make you go in every month and wait hours and you see her for a whole 5 minutes. The female staff are nice however the male staff does not know how to check blood pressure, weight or remember the results and makes them up
