Dr. Miller is pretty good technically. He has no people skills whatsoever. He does not listen or document what I say, and does not return calls. I have not had an infusion (or any type replacement) for 8 months, a torn meniscus that was not addressed for 3 months, and severe shoulder bursitis that he never returned my call for. 11 days not being able to move my arm, I ended up at the ER then an orthopaedic doc to get relief. His office said he "doesn't see patients in the afternoon, and would call me back." He never called. He is also very condascending, and made a veiled threat about my disability determination. I am considering filing a complaint with the VA board of medicine about his lack of professionalism and treatment. He is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. One star was the least I was able to give him, unfortunately.

Excellent treatment! I went to Dr. Miller with the worst pain in my left upper hip. I wasn’t sure what it was since it came out of nowhere. Dr. Miler diagnosed it as bursitis and gave me a shot in the area. In addition to the shot, he prescribed cymbalta (duloxetine) and physical therapy. His treatment plan was a success. I’ve been pain free since and am so grateful for Dr. Miller’s help. He’s the best. I thank GOD for him and his staff. I highly recommend him and his practice.

I went to see Dr miller twice. Both times I had to wait over an hour. I went in for shoulder pain and before any further diagnosis such as an ultra sound he wanted me to take a shot. I told him I want an ultra sound first. My second visit was for an ultra sound. Again I had to wait one hour. Again he wanted me to take a shot. He performed the ultra sound, not a technician. Wouldn't you know it came back negative and I didn't need a shot. I will not be returning there.

I came to Dr. Miller suffering from Pemphigoild and he did not prescribe any new medication and then said he wanted to send me to U. VA to be diagnosed for something he knew I had. Then on the day before my next appointment his office called and cancelled putting me off for three more months. He knew I was in need of medication but doesn't seem to care. I get the impression he doesn't want to deal with me so therefore I am discontinuing seeing him.

Initial consultation was over an hour late (not including the 30 minutes I was asked to arrive early). Not all of my history/symptoms were addressed. Follow-up appointment to review labwork was done by a nurse practitioner who had not reviewed my information beforehand and she was also over 30 minutes late. I expected the Doctor to discuss my labwork results with me. I left there not fully understanding what's wrong with me.
