New York, NY |
After 1st not so positive visit, 2nd procedure was a far better experience and today 3rd visit was great. He by all means is an excellent Dr. My pain has almost gone away completely. Bed side manner and scheduling has improved greatly and the wait was not bad at all

I had an appointment with dr Viesca at 9:15 for a simple spinal injection and the doc did not come in until 12 o'clock. There all of his patients sat prepped and ready. We were also fasting. The staff were anxious and going around apologizing for something that occurs quite often. I left at about 1:30 and I was his third patient who knows what time the last was released. His nurse Terry was super!!!! Anesthesiologist and others were great too. I never really talked to the doc even though?

Nightmare, they supposedly sedated me for a procedure and when it started I told them it really hurt and that I was not sedated, after screaming in pain they told me not to scream and asked for more sedation, they gave me more sedation still didn't work but never did they stop to wait for the sedation to take effect they just kept going. I was never sedated!!!! Had you told me the sedation might not take effect and that you wouldn't care either way I would never have consented.

He is totally incompetent. He had no idea about my chronic condition, symptoms, signs, treatment..nothing!!! but he took the money for the consultation and he thinks he can play with people's lives and health. His nerve blocks are done poorly and have no effect. He will ask for urine test every time because he probably owns the lab and pockets the money. What a disgrace.

The wait is so bad. My doctor leaves and I seen viesca for 1 year and then I he a letter that I'm doctor shopping when I only went to him and my primary so how is that possible. I would recommend my dog to go there. Very quick to judge there when you follow all the rules. What is doc shopping when I get my meds from him.. Very unprofessional

Pressed issue for surgery. When I got an infection and informed him about it he ignored it and when I went to get my dressing changed I pressed the issue he ignored it. I had to go to the emergency room and have emergency surgery because I was developing an infection near my brain. He is an negligent Doctor, poor bedside manners, after emergency he pressed the issue for another surgery and when I refused he changed my treatment plan. When I sought out a second opinion he tried black balling me.
