Great specialist for retinal eye care!!
The staff and doctors make the experience of an eye exam bearable. I hate taking the tests and I survive without too much stress on my mind and body. I highly recommend this group.

Great Doctor!
Very grateful for the Stockton staff who were kind and compassionate. So thankful for Dr.Medina for his wisdom, knowledge, caring and compassionate demeanor. He genuinely took time with me. I came to him with a macular hole. My sight was failing in my right eye. Through a diagnose for surgery and proper recovery, my eyesight was saved. Thank you Dr.Medina for your skills.

Very blessed to have found Dr. Medina and his staff in Modesto. For years, I have had vision problems and Dr. Medina was the first Doctor I went to that spoke to me, not at me, and that diagnosed the vision issues I was (am) having as bi-lateral retina pits. I am very thankful for his care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Medina since early 2020. My condition is "retinal vein occlusion," and my eyesight in that eye was greatly compromised. With ongoing treatment every 8 weeks, my eyesight has been restored to 20/20. Dr. Medina is very knowledgeable and efficient, and I would say his communication skills are far above average, not to mention his positive energy, and we could all use a little more of that!

Excellent. I came to Dr Medina in an emergency situation with a detaching retina. He was the on call doctor. I was so fortunate. His level of professionalism and caring is was exemplary. I would highly recommend him. I have been to two different offices (Modesto and Sacramento) and both are well run with friendly efficient staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Medina's for the past two years. He is extremely patient and willingly answers all of my questions. He also carefully addresses any concerns I may have. His professional manner is above reproach and he accepts my kidding with his dry wit. I would recommend him to anyone needing a retinal specialist. The entire office staff is very courteous and helpful as well.

As a nurse myself, I have a bit more knowledge than the typical patient. I was very impressed with Dr Medina and all the staff at Retinal Consultants. I required eye surgery. Everything was explained prior to the surgery and I was given thorough information about preparation and equipment suggested for post-op. 24 hour specific positioning was doable with their good advise. Hope I never need another surgery, but I would make RC my go-to clinic.

I was scared when I learned I had macular holes in both eyes. My right eye I was legally blind . I can't express how comforting Dr Medina was and so reassuring. He did surgery on both of my eyes. I was in last week as it's been almost a year. My sight is amazing and my eyes totally healed. I cannot give Dr Medina a high enough recommendation. He is one of the most knowledgeable doctors in this field. I don't think a dr could be any more caring ,compassionate. Thank you for saving my sight.

Dr. Medina is a kind and caring Doctor..He is very thorough in explaining exactly what you can expect. I felt comfortable with him doing my IOL Dislocation Surgery..I met him first in the Modesto office for a consultation and my surgery took place in Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento
