A doctor who shows up at his office 3+ hours late does not care about his patients. The waiting area is cramped and always full because of the backlog. Rather than call or send a reminder to make an appointment, they cut off your prescription.

Great and knowledgeable Dr but Loooong waits so plan on making half a day for your office visit. He only works Pearl City a few hours on Tuesday and Thursday but is in such high demand with almost all walk-ins it seems makes it very inconvenient. I?ve been seeing Dr. Lam for over 20 years, and yes, he is a very busy doctor, but he takes the time to get to know each and every one of his patients.
