Patient Comments (3)
Pearl City, HI |
A doctor who shows up at his office 3+ hours late does not care about his patients. The waiting area is cramped and always full because of the backlog. Rather than call or send a reminder to make an appointment, they cut off your prescription.
Pearl City, HI |
Great and knowledgeable Dr but Loooong waits so plan on making half a day for your office visit. He only works Pearl City a few hours on Tuesday and Thursday but is in such high demand with almost all walk-ins it seems makes it very inconvenient. Dr is frequently late for when he is to arrive in the afternoons so will push wait times to many hours. The only reason for the average rating is because of the scheduling and wait times.

I?ve been seeing Dr. Lam for over 20 years, and yes, he is a very busy doctor, but he takes the time to get to know each and every one of his patients. If you?re looking for someone to give you drugs and let you be on your way, then he?s not the doctor for you. But, if you?re looking for a doctor that is caring, and will provide you with quality care, then he?s worth the wait time.
