We asked Dr. Jackson for a 2nd opinion on our dad's condition, sent her his medical records and were told we would be contacted in 2-3 weeks. Five weeks later we still hadn't heard back, so we made a proactive call to the office. The return call from the Dr.'s office gave us no information or...Read More

Never got to actually meet with the doctor. The office staff is inept. Made two appointments and both were cancelled by them. The second time they didn't even bother to call me. 30 minutes wait time on hold just to talk to these office workers. My wife has ALS, and we sure don't need to be...Read More
