He has trained medical students and residents and held faculty positions at Stanford Medical School, Albany Medical School and Columbia Medical School. He is a consultant for JOIMAX (JOIned Minimal ACCess Technologies) and enjoys educating and training surgeons in endoscopic treatment of spinal disorders."

About 2 months ago, I wounded up in the E.R suffering from tremendous pain from my herniated disks. Dr.Spivak was the neurosurgeon, MRI found disks ruptured/pinching spinal nerves. I deal with pain, everyday of my life for years now. I found that SO much of my pain that I have dealt with is gone...Read More

I came to Dr. Spivak after decades of suffering from what I thought was hip pain. I had been to other physicians, chiropractors, and orthopedic surgeons.
