Sugar Land, TX |
I will not recommend Dr Hicks. In my case, he did not order proper tests in time that could have helped diagnose the problem earlier. He sent me for physical therapy which actually made the problem worse. I had to do ask for the test (MRI) to be conducted almost 6 weeks after my first visit. Even after receiving the MRI report, he did not explain the results to me accurately. When I went to another Dr with MRI report for second opinion, that is how I learned the full extent of the diagnosis.

Just a great Doctor. He fixed my broke leg and my mother's worn out hip. I would recommend him to everyone.

Quick with answers but at times it sounds like my questions aren't important. He's told me what he thinks and thats all that's needed. Definitely not hands on. Sometimes on follow ups he doesn't even look at wound much less touch it. My first hip visit he took one xray and said arthritis. Became bedridden a year later waiting on total hip replacement. Bones were so bad, I'm on my 10th week of rehab.
