We brought our son to Dr Heilman because of a complex issue with hydrocephalus-we thought he was fantastic! Easy to reach, thoughtful, respectful. Our daughter was referred to Dr. Heilman from Dr. Penar at UVM. Dr. Heilman performed successful surgery to remove a brain tumor which was difficult to reach. Our family will forever be thankful to all involved.

Dr Heilman operated on my son's brain tumor. He is a caring and truly skilled neurosurgeon. He answered all our questions and did the best he could to ease our anxiety. The operation was very successful.
