Don’t waist your time visiting Dr. Hanke office. It was totally disappointing for me. After waiting more than a month for my appointment, he sent in his physician assistant to treat me. Turned out that her diagnosis was wrong - instead of treating me for skin allergy, she gave me antibiotic for skin infection. By the way waisting time and money.

I was taken aback by the way Dr. Hanke spoke to others in his office. He was abrupt and generally unprofessional. Additionally, the office staff seemed more concerned with talking to one another than getting my information. The wait time (repeatedly) to be seen was over an hour. While my surgery results were adequate- I will never return to this practice.

Meredith, Dr. Hanke's Physician Assistant, took one look at a "bump" on my chin and performed a biopsy. The biopsy came back basal cell carcinoma. Many thanks to Meredith for recognizing this and turning me over to Dr. Hanke for the skin cancer procedure. Excellent care. I am extremely grateful to Meredith's for her care and knowledge. Definitely recommending Dr. Hanke and his PA, Meredith.

referred to Dr Hanke for MOHS surgery following cancer diagnosis. Excellent experience the whole way around. Quality staff, not just front office but associate doctors/nurses. Front desk staff is not overly engaging but completely effective with scheduling, check-in etc....and not my main concern.

I was referred to Dr. Hanke for MOHS chemosurgery over 30 years ago. He and his staff were very efficient and thoroughly explained the procedure. There has been no recurrence, and I remain after so many years very grateful for Dr. Hanke's skill, knowledge, and care.

I was referred to Dr. Hanke by my dermatologist for Mohs surgery. Had no problem getting a convenient appointment. He could have spent a little more time explaining the procedure and expectations of after-surgery appearance, but I have had this type of surgery before so it wasn't a big deal to me. He is very busy and a little quick. But, the outcome was very good which is all that counts in the end.

I went to Dr. Hanke for a cyst removal. Because he did not completely remove the cyst, the procedure has to be repeated. I experience significant pain and discomfort after the first procedure. After spending hours in his office waiting and waiting just to see Dr. Hanke, I have decided to go to another doctor. It is very unfortunate, because Dr. Hanke was a very good doctor at one time. All of staff that had been with him for years have either quit or been fired.
