Things are changing so rapidly with echocardiography, with nuclear medicine, with procedures that are looking at plaques now and trying to figure out what plaque in the artery might rupture and cause a problem. So I think we've advanced tremendously in cardiac disease in general, but I think at Rush we have everything that's necessary to take care of the patient with any kind of cardiac disease. Several hundred thousand people die of heart attacks every year. That has decreased. Prevention has lowered the incidence of cardiac disease - coronary disease in particular - just by virtue of getting people on diets, exercising, getting them on a statin to lower their cholesterol.
