Always listens to my concerns and take his time and validates my pain. I take minimal pain meds, and he always tries a minimal treatment which I have had success with. Everyone in his office has always been very nice and responsive to my concerns. He really cares and you can tell it. Rarely do I have to wait, and if I do, it is usually related to urine test. But if I do have to wait, it is worth it.

He had excellent bedside manner. He spends time. He does not rush. He seems genuinely concerned about your wellbeing and works with you on payments if needed. His staff is excellent with the exception of Callie.

The Dr has an unfair way of urine testing for ilecit Rx drugs. A drug shows up in the UA previously OKed by the DR for you to take from your PCP. Later You get a letter saying Dr Dagastino has dropped you for the "unapproved" med showing up. You cannot talk to the Dr or anyone to explain, case closed.

Fabulous! Kind, listens and most importantly managed to block my pain on several occasions. Appointments/procedures done at Texas Surgical Center are much faster than the hospital, therefore less painful. Of the 3 I've seen in Odessa area over a 5 year period- he is by far the best for several reasons.

Dr. D is awesome! Highly recommend, unfortunately he is stuck with such horrible staff! Kinda doesn't make it worth it to visit. So rude very unprofessional, if the office manager doesn't like you then you're gone, which is his wife btw. Surgery coordinator is pretty friendly but other than that everyone else should most definitely be replaced!

Very uncaring staff was my first thought when trying to make an appt. when a patient in extreme pain they can sometime be short on responding to questions by staff that does extend any type of compassion to the one in extreme pain ! Especially the office manager . Needless to say I have found another Doctor that has a working staff that shows concern and a human side of them !! Not just another pay check and waiting on quitting time ! I am sure DOCTOR Dagostino a fine Doctor ?? I never found out

It took me a week to get someone to talk to me on the phone after my doctor had sent my referral over to their office. When I finally got a call back, the lady asked if I was the one leaving messages and that my referral would be given over to the doctor and that she would get back to me in a month! I am a back patient with two prior surgeries and have a new herniation, and I need some relief, my surgeon is in East Texas. My next appt with him is this week so we can schedule a surgery.

Always answers questions. Spends all the time you need. Very caring and concerned for his patiences. Staff could be more friendly not treat you as if you do not matter or that tour a drug seeker. Dr. D's attitude wonderful. Stays engaged in conversation. Again trying to get staff to listen to you or return calls takes up to 3 days.
