I was scheduled for my first appointment on a Monday. At ten minutes to five on Friday afternoon I received a call to cancel my appointment. I responded to the message at five pm and got the office recording. I called today to reschedule and was told she had no appointments until the middle of October. This is no way to treat a new patient. I made an appointment with a different doctor. I was recommended to Dr Dellock from another physician’s office and I will let them know the situation. Apparently this has happened to others judging from the reviews.

I have had several appointments scheduled over the past 5 or 6 months and all have been cancelled due to Dr Dellock’s unavailability. I have yet to see her. Hopefully, my next scheduled appointment won’t be cancelled. So, I don’t know why I received a survey for an appointment that never occurred.

Dr. Dellock is attentive, careful and caring. She is obviously a very qualified doctor and well-informed. She put me at ease, listened carefully, took heart-rate tests on both arms, and did other exams using state-of-the-art equipment. She explained my condition and advised about future tests and appointments.
