Friendly and efficient
Dr. Cook is always prompt and extremely friendly and deals with your problem quickly. This is my 2nd time seeing him and he's been great each time. Office staff is friendly and efficient. The office is busy and steady with patients but I was taken on time and Dr. Cook addressed my problem and I was out of there in a very short time. Perfect! I highly recommend seeing him.

The layout of Building is difficult for individuals such as myself who use cane . The elevators are too far from the front door. There are no wheelchairs available.

Great first experience at OAA Westgate! From the staff who scheduled me over the phone, to the front desk check in, to the clinical staff, and then Dr. Cook. All staff were friendly and patient.
