He graduated from New York Medical College and took post graduate training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He has been in medical practice for the past sixty years and focuses on the treatment of incurable diseases including ALS, Parkinson Disease, Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Tay Sachs, Sandhoff Disease, Diabetes, Kidney Failure, Polycystic Kidneys, Cystic Fibrosis, COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis.

He also has training in Tissue Engineering and protocols are being designed to treat tracheal atresia, uncontrollable diabetes with a scaffold polymer seeded with pancreatic islet stem cells that produce insulin and a scaffold seeded with autologous mesenchymal stem cells for polycystic kidneys.

Dr. Feinerman has developed innovative treatments for COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis that focus on stopping the progress of these diseases and regeneration of lung tissue.

I have studied all aspects of the disease and make a point of keeping up with new modes of treatment by reading the world medical literature as often as possible. There is always new emerging ideas that are developed throughout the world that are often helpful in adding to my existing protocols. I shall never rest until I can achieve my goals.

Procedures that I have successfully been trained in include bone marrow aspiration done with minimal discomfort, mini-liposuction done under local anesthesia to isolate mesenchymal stem cells, lumbar spinal tap done under local anesthesia for stem cell treatments of neurological conditions.
