Failed to show for THREE appointments w/o notice!
THREE times now, the provider has FAILED TO SHOW up for my appointment. DO NOT schedule directly with the provider! I am done and switching to Lifestance. I will now have to wait 22 days to get a refill. For people who have trust issues this is incredibly unprofessional and disheartening!

Professional and Relateable
Since 2020, Dr. Evans has been on point with my diagnosis and prescribing proper meds. It's refreshing to have a doc who is concerned, who listens, and who has a fantastic bedside manner. Will refer others and continue my care. Sean is professional as well.

Professional and Personable
Patient since 2020. Dr. Evans completed a through exam, and was the only doc who properly precribed and regulated meds. He has a great bedside manner and is super personable. Will definitely refer others and continue to visit. Sean is professional as well. Thanks for your professional care services.

Not Responsive
Horrible experience. Had only 1 appointment. He did all the talking, then prescibed a medicine that caused a severe, psychotic, muscular reaction and emergency trip to the hospital. Did not respond to my calls, did not respond to emails. Cancelled the upcoming appointment and was available to reschedule 4 weeks later. Terrible office staff - basically rude. Difficult to make an appointment, does not relay emergencies to the doctor, just tells you to email him.

I think the most difficult thing about this practice he has too many patients he’s overbooked therefore he doesn’t have the time to properly care for your concerns and needs. Appointments no matter how they provide it either in person or phoneis rushed and then staff does a poor Job of implementing his request or he is either not requesting what his patients need not sure where the breakdown is but a breakdown.

I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for approximately 3 year's now. He was a Godsend to me to say the very least! Dr. Evans takes his time with me and does not try to rush through my appointments to move onto his next patient as most doctor's today do. He is all about the one on one and genuinely cares about his patients! Dr. Evans and my primary care doctor are the only two doctor's that I would Fully Trust with my life. It is extremely hard to find a good, caring and patient-centered doctor. I was placed on a medication off label for severe chronic insomnia and for over two years worked with my neurologist then a psychiatrist, specialists at Emory and went to The Mayo Clinic. I was trying to discontinue this medication due to it's ineffectiveness but no one was able to do so due to the side effects. When I found Dr. Evans he was able to discontinue this medication within 1 - 1 1/2 months. This man definitely knows his medicines and I highly recommend him!!

The experience with Dr. Evans was excellent! He is a top-notch psychiatrist. I would really like to compliment an employee named DJ. I do not know his last name, but he was so kind, empathetic, capable, and instructive. I have really appreciated his professional and caring attitude!”

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Evans taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended. Love him and highly recommend him and his staff. I've been to many psychiatrists in the past and never met a psychiatrist as good as he. He helped me tremendously. I'm going to send my mother to him as well.

The counselor never responds. His voicemail is full. Doesn’t give out his email address. The office says they forward my messages but no reply! I’ve wasted about $900 and a ton of time!!! Don’t go here!

Dr. Evans is great, but his front desk is horrendous. I've been calling about my prescription for days and the front desk woman puts me on hold and hangs up every time. I call back and she recognizes my number and sends me to voicemail. Now I have no medication, on a verge of a panic attack because they refuse to send the prescription to the pharmacy. No one is returning my call, and not picking up when I call. At this point I'm going to cancel all of my appointments and find someone else, the front desk is just adding to my declining mental health. It's sad that people like this work in the mental health industry.

I have been seeing Dr.Evans now for around 5 years now, I am very particular on who I see. Dr. Evans has been nothing short of amazing since I have been seeing him. He is very caring, kind, professional, attentive and concerned about your questions and concerns. Previously the visits did take some waiting time, but with his new practice location, and building his team the visits do run much more smoothly. Dr. Evans is very knowledgeable and a very considerate provider.

He's a hack! An excellent source of many great prescriptions and future addicts He is passionate about his laptop and has a strong willingness to reference his wall, .also the fantastic superpower of forgetting your name. If you go here expecting empathy, don't waste his time. Never at any time will he make eye contact with you it Is uncanny.
