BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. I was a patient there for 3 years. Suffering a horrific brain injury. I rely on the many medications prescribed to function in life. Since the pandemic, I received telehealth services through the phone. All of a sudden, my appointments were cancelled. I called the office and they said they were switching to Zoom. I neither had the technology to do Zoom or willing wanted to. The front desk threatened me with discharge. I asked to speak to Dr. Bryan Weinstein. They refused to allow me to see my doctor. I asked to talk to the office manager. The office manager threatened me with discharge, she lied, and I quote, "workmans comp is now requiring Zoom and is now part of HIPPA requirements." I asked to speak with the Doctor. She refused to allow me to see my doctor. For 2 weeks straight, I called the office everyday to see my doctor. They finally agreed. ONLY, it had to be Zoom. I had to find someone who was willing to allow me to use their phone. Once I found some

Dr. Weinstein is very perceptive and I am especially glad that my neurologist referred me to him as he has a broad understanding of brain trauma and the issues that come along after the brain is damaged. He is caring of his patients -which is not really what I can say about other mental health providers that I've met, he always seems concerned about my mental well being, his staff is absolutely helpful and nice, and his team of therapists are so kind, smart, and they are so respectful!

I saw Dr Weinstein in approximately 1999 due to PTSD related to an armed robbery. He was amazing and essential to my recovery. The robbery occurred at work and he advocated for me and helped protect me from employer attorneys and psychiatrics who tried to minimize the PTSD. I am grateful for his help. Thank you, Angela
