Very difficult to get in to see Dr. Bryan Steinberg after my surgery. Before my surgery I was admitted to the hospital and was kept there for 2 days waiting to see Dr. Bryan Steinberg (he never showed). 7 months later I am still experiencing pain around my incision site which he has not provided...more

We are unaware of this situation. It is disappointing to read a negative critique. It would seem there is a major communication problem which is very disheartening. We strive to be as accommodating as possible. Patients are not charged for copies of their records. I would encourage this person to return to the office to review their clinical situation and have any question they have be answered.
