I would not recommend Dr Reuss to anyone and I am doing my best to spread the word. I had rotator cuff surgery which was still painful after 6 months. He said my physical therapists should work me harder and I wasn’t healing because I was 65. So rude! After a 2nd opinion and surgery I had large bone spurs and bone on bone in the glenohumeral joint and a very thin rotator cuff. Dr Ruess didn’t listen when I told him what was going on, the severe grinding and pain. I just had a reverse shoulder because he never followed up with me after An MRI that HE ordered which told him what was going on. Come in for a cortisone shot Dr Ruess said and I was berated at that appointment in front of my husband. Wow, I think he needs several customer service classes!!!

Dr. Reuss is the go to guy in Central Florida for hips. After I saw several orthopedics and one surgeon who seriously messed up my hip, Dr. Reuss was able to alleviate my pain and go back to living a normal life. His staff is very courteous, and the response to questions is extremely fast.

Very professional from the staff right to Dr Ruess. I had a big tear in my rotator cuff and small tear in labrum Dr Ruess did the surgery arthroscopic and has me playing softball and golf 3 months after my surgery. Incredible staff as well so friendly and I never had to sit in the waiting room they run a tight ship with considerable attention to the patient he will answer all your questions with complete confidence, which is quite comforting I would and do recommend Dr Ruess and his staff to my friends that I play with.
