I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kaiser. I’ve had one hip replaced approximately 6 years ago by another surgeon, and my other hip is now in need of replacement. Dr. Kaiser’s warmth and friendliness is infectious. I was a bit anxious about the 2nd hip replacement prior to my visit with Dr. Kaiser but his knowledge and time taken to explain things in addition to his exceptional credentials and calming countenance left no question in my mind as to whom I want to take care of this for me.

My experience with this clinic was excellent. All the staff were pleasant and professional. I was taken to the back to be seen on time. Dr. Kaiser explained my condition and my X-Rays and reviewed my options and we settled on a course of action. He is decisive.

Dr. Kaiser is an excellent surgeon. I had to travel a bit to San Antonio to have total knee replacement. His staff had arranged for the medical supplies I would need post-op and for the in-house P.T. He answered all my questions and explained everything to my wife while I was in recovery. I highly recommend him and will be using him for my other knee.

Dr. Kaiser replaced my knee in October 2018 and I had a very successful experience. His whole team of nurses, assistants, and physical therapists is top-notch and were attentive, personable, experienced, and informed. Dr. Kaiser did a great job on my knee and has a sense of humor to boot. I recovered in record time. I got his name from my dentist who had Dr. Kaiser replace his hip and had a great experience. I would highly recommend him for joint replacement.

I’ve only had the one preliminary appointment with Dr. Kaiser, but he was very pleasant and thorough. He also has a pretty good sense of humor, which I imagine goes a long way to put his patients at ease. He took the time to answer all the questions my wife and I had regarding the surgent without giving you the impression that he was in a hurry to move on to something else; which I also appreciate. Once I have the procedure done, I’ll leave further feedback on bedside and follow-up.

As a 62-year-old female, I was diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis and Dr Kaiser, who came highly recommended, replaced both of my hips within 5 weeks of each other using the anterior approach. Both surgeries went so smoothly that I never needed a cane or walker and I was back hiking after the second week. Dr. Kaiser’s gifted skills, and those of his staff, cannot be overstated. I am forever grateful for getting the freedom to lead a very active life again - who could ask for a better outcome!

This is going too be my second hip replacement I was so glad and impressed with the first one that it was no question in who would do the seconded surgery. Káisers staff makes me feel relaxed and confidente . Working at CPS we have a lot of employees with the same problems with we’re knees and hips so I explain the procedures and recovery time and they find is so easy to go have the work done by San Antonio orthopedic . Their the best

Dr. Kaiser came with the highest hip replacement specialist commendations from professionals who I researched for their credentials. From the initial visit with him and his staff, I found his standards of health care and professionalism to be the highest, to include the professional customer and medical approach of all of those staff personnel working with him. My surgery, recovery and outpatient experience to date has been of the highest quality - even better than I had hoped for or suspected.

Waiting time was rediculess. First the initual appointment was rescheduled, then in the early evening before the appointment pushed to half an hour later, since it was an early morning appointment and Dr. apparently could get in that early. Then had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to finally see the Dr. The total time spent with him, less then 5 Minutes!
