I have to wonder where/why he has all these stars. As a new patient I arrived 30 minutes early to fill-out paperwork, which should've been emailed or snail mailed. AFTER I paid my co-pay, I was handed, what seemed like a 45-page packet of questions, etc.! Then the wait began. 3 hours and 10 minutes later, I DID NOT see Dr. Kaiser, I saw a PA! Until then, NO ONE said he was gone, no one. Had I known he wasn't there, I would've left. Will I go back? NO!

Absolutely incredible outcome. I am back to living and working again after my new hip. Therapy is the key. Thank you so much!
