I've gone to see Dr. Jefferies many times and he's been noting but kind to me and his staff. He's an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Jefferies was very rude to the office staff who were trying to take care of my insurance. He tried to teach them "to be polite" as if they were children. He was rude and out of line. They were not impolite to him though--That's how I could see that this is a not a person I would trust to treat...more
