I recently had an appointment for my teenage son to be seen by Dr Crum as it was my teenage son that has perhaps a more uncommon issue . Dr Crum was so very warm, empathetic and reassuring to both myself an my son. I also want to state that the rest of the staff, assistants and anyone we came into contact with at the Shasta Eye Center on Churncreek were also very warm, and welcoming! I would highly recommend this office and of course Dr Crum for any of their visual needs.

Terrible diagnosis of cataract which was not true. Poor eye measurements Andy put in wrong lens for my eye. I had to return to have it removed and another put in Andy he changed my vision from far sighted to near. I now have one far and one near sighted eyes. After care was abismal. Office staff not thorough with leaving partial messages on phone answering service like which office to go to. Wouldn't take my pets to him.
