I've gone to Dr. Burns for several years. He seems to have lost his edge. It's like he's just going through the motions of his practice. He seemed more with it before he moved to Esse. Not sure what that's all about. The nurse practitioner doesn't seem any better.

Not consistent in checking lab results - I have found I need to remind them that things are due. Had recent diagnostic work done and was given a response of "up to me if I wanted to see a specialist or wait".
