The absolute best doctor around. Highly recommend seeing him if you have any arthritic issues/concerns.
New York, NY |
I was referred to him by my GP. They are part of the same practice. My first appointment was taken 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. For the followup, I booked the first appointment of the day. He took me 30 minutes late. He asked how the increased dosage of medication was going. He never told me to increase my dosage. He left me in the exam room awaiting blood work for 30 mins when I finally left the room to see if anyone was coming. He neglected to tell me to wait in the lobby.

There is simply no more caring and kinder physician out there. Dr. Solitar is not only very bright but possesses the rare ability to make patients feel better even when riddled with pain, fatigue and doubts. I have been connected with him and his practice roughly 20 years. Even though my "Obamacare" no longer affords me the ability to have him as a primary or secondary pcp I pay out of pocket to check in with him annually.

I've been a patient of Dr.Solitar for 17 years. I can tell you that his dedication is impeccable and outstanding. Thanks to him my life has moved forward for the better with all of his professionalism and attention.
in New York, NY |
I have lupus and should have regular urine and blood tests. Dr. Solitar neglected to conduct these routine but highly important tests. As a result , I developed kidney disease that went undetected for several months. Afterwards, I heard of similar experiences from other lupus patients who had gone to Solitar. He claimed I had a mild form of lupus despite the fact that I went to him after being diagnosed with a major fibrotic growth around my aorta, consistently rapid heart beat, night sweats .
